About Zomint
Zomint is building a trusted, technology-led wealth platform for mass-affluent investors who need more than a DIY app but do not receive the depth of support offered by private banking.
Our system combines AI-led research, monitoring and portfolio analysis with human judgment at the moments that matter. We are built by the team behind Bekifaayati and backed by Lightspeed and Prime Venture Partners.
We are early, move fast and are building the operating infrastructure for long-term financial relationships across investments, insurance, tax and planning.
What you will own
- Own the end-to-end advisory and client-engagement journey from lead qualification and consultation through onboarding and the ongoing relationship.
- Improve show-up, conversion and follow-up outcomes through structured experimentation, root-cause analysis and tight operating reviews.
- Build advisor-level visibility across capacity, productivity, call outcomes, objections, follow-ups and CRM hygiene.
- Own post-onboarding engagement across welcome journeys, onboarding completion, portfolio reviews, top-ups, referrals and servicing handoffs.
- Build segmented engagement calendars, triggers and next-best-action workflows so every client receives timely and relevant follow-through.
- Identify acquisition and engagement leakage by channel, advisor, lead quality, client segment, journey stage and activity, then drive corrective action.
- Build lead-scoring and qualification systems so advisors spend time on the highest-intent opportunities.
- Design re-engagement journeys for prospects and clients who become inactive, miss reviews or show signs of dropping off.
- Create playbooks for no-show recovery, lead follow-up, CRM updates, client outreach, review preparation and advisor handoffs.
- Run daily and weekly reviews covering conversion, activation, engagement, retention, top-ups and referrals, with clear owners and closure dates.
- Partner with product and operations to automate repetitive work and improve data reliability.
- Use AI to analyse calls and engagement behaviour, surface patterns, accelerate reporting and improve operating decisions.
The role
Own the advisory and client-engagement operating system.
Advisory is not just a call; it is the start of trust. What happens after the consultation and onboarding determines whether clients stay engaged, return for reviews, deepen the relationship and refer others. Your job is to make that entire journey measurable, disciplined and scalable.
You should be equally comfortable building a dashboard, auditing CRM hygiene, designing an engagement cadence, diagnosing a conversion or retention dip, coordinating with product and walking into a business review with a clear point of view.
What we are looking for
- 3-7 years in business operations, sales operations, program management, growth operations, consulting, a founder's office or another high-velocity operating role.
- Strong data fluency: comfort with funnels, cohorts, dashboards, spreadsheets, metric definitions and root-cause analysis.
- Proven experience building or improving operating systems such as CRMs, lead stages, call dispositions, follow-up workflows and business-review cadences.
- Strong sales-operations judgment and an understanding of how capacity, lead quality, behaviour and process affect conversion.
- Strong lifecycle judgment across onboarding, segmentation, engagement triggers, portfolio-review cadence, top-ups, retention and referrals.
- Structured problem-solving: you can turn an ambiguous business problem into hypotheses, analysis, decisions and an execution plan.
- AI-native working ability: you use AI meaningfully to analyse, automate, document and execute better - not only to generate content.
- High ownership: you do not stop at reporting that a metric is down; you determine why and drive the fix to closure.
- Ability to influence advisors and work cross-functionally with acquisition, support, client operations, product and leadership.
- Clear, concise communication and the confidence to challenge execution gaps directly and constructively.
Good to have
- Experience managing advisor, counsellor, inside-sales or relationship-management teams and their client-engagement cadences.
- Comfort with SQL, Metabase, Retool, advanced Excel/Google Sheets, automation tools or similar systems.
- Experience using call recordings or transcripts for quality audits, objection analysis, coaching and process improvement.
- Prior exposure to fintech, wealth tech, financial services, advisory or investment workflows.
